For the nursing home to assess the suitability for admission, you need to furnish the hospital’s inpatient discharge summary and x-ray report (if the patient is to be discharged from the hospital) or doctor notes and x-ray report (if the person is at home).
Thereafter, the nursing home will inform you the outcome of admission and will provide you the cost of stay.
At least one day notification period. No admission on Sunday and Public Holiday.
You will be given a list of personal items needed upon admission.
There are Long-Term, Short-Term and Day Care.
Long-Term is for stay more than a month and the home fee is on the monthly basis (6 serving per day – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, two tea-time and Supper).
Shor-Term is normally for less than a month and the home fee is on the daily basis (6 serving per day- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, two tea-time and Supper).
Day Care is from 8am – 6pm (3 serving – breakfast, Lunch and Tea-Time) and the home fee is on the daily basis.
Long-Term is ranged from $1500 to $2000 per month excluding consumables such as diaper, milk supplement, medication etc.
Short-Term is ranged from $80-$110 per day excluding consumables such as diaper, milk supplement, medication etc.
Day Care is $60-$70 per day excluding all consumables.
All fee payable is not subject to GST.
Yes. Our local staff able to communicate to resident the local dialects such as Hokkien, Cantonese and Teochew besides English, Mandarin and Malay. Our foreign nursing staff are also trained to understand simple daily use dialects.
We are strictly adhered to the ratio of care staff to residents as per MOH’s guidelines.
All our care staff are qualified nurses as we don’t hire healthcare assistant.
From 10am – 6pm daily
Yes. You can seek the help from the Medical Social Worker (MSW) to apply for the government subsidy if you are eligible (pass the means-test for healthcare subsidy and unable to care at home).
Nursing home will assist in arranging the transport or ambulance services for residents for medical appointment or home leave etc
